Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support the SDA Ground Segment Program. The role involves leading IMS development with government and contractor teams, performing CPM and SRA analyses, and providing high-quality schedule products and briefings.

You will engage with government, military, SETA and industry partners while maintaining rigorous documentation and configuration management. Strong communication and rapid execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience building and revising Integrated Master Schedules
• 7+ years developing integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project
• 7+ years project management experience
• Experience supporting space system or major defense acquisition programs
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Ability to operate in an extremely fast-paced organization
• Strong understanding of CPM, SRA, and EVM principles

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, review, and consolidate ground schedules with contractors, government, and others as needed
• Coordinate schedule inputs to develop and maintain an IMS
• Conduct CPM analysis and Schedule Risk Assessments to identify bottlenecks
• Maintain cognizance of internal developments to inform scheduling updates
• Identify scheduling conflicts, critical paths, schedule risks, and divergences; present findings to leadership
• Perform configuration management to ensure contract compliance and on-time delivery
• Work with contractors to facilitate distribution, review, and feedback from SDA SMEs
• Develop internal briefing material and external schedule products with high standards
• Support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings and briefings as needed
