Job summary

Infinitum in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Master Scheduler to translate customer demand, forecasts, and backlog into an executable, capacity-constrained master plan for Motors and Fan Systems. You will own the Master Production Schedule, drive scheduling decisions, and coordinate two Materials Planners across US/Mexico contracts to meet customer commitments.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in master scheduling, strong ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP), advanced Excel, and the ability to

Qualifications

7+ years in master scheduling, production planning, or related field.
Experience creating and managing a Master Production Schedule in manufacturing.
Knowledge of MRP, BOMs, capacity planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Translate orders, forecasts, backlog into an integrated Master Production Schedule for Motors and Fan Systems.
Review requirements against inventory, capacity, and lead times before establishing supply commitments.
Act as primary Supply Chain interface with Sales Operations and Customer Service for product availability and committed dates.
Develop capacity outlooks and support long-range planning and annual operating plans.
Lead and develop Materials Planners and coordinate cross-functional planning reviews.
