Job summary

GD Energy Products is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and optimize the master production schedule in Fort Worth, TX. You will align forecasts, production planning, and material flow with sales and operations goals to maximize service levels and inventory performance.

The role requires strong scheduling knowledge, ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP), and collaboration across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Procurement to support continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field (Business, Supply Chain, Ops)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule balancing demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Analyze forecasts, historical demand, and trends to improve forecast accuracy.
• Plan and track monthly shipping to meet delivery requirements.
• Coordinate schedules based on orders, material availability, labor, and capacity.
• Monitor material movement and adjust schedules for delays or shortages.
• Support S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
