Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a Master Scheduler to own the master production schedule across all product lines and factories in Milpitas. You will align demand forecasts with capacity and lead cross-functional teams with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and engineering to meet delivery goals.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in production planning or scheduling, 3+ years in leadership, and strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle) plus advanced scheduling tools and Excel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in production planning or scheduling, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle), Excel, and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the master production schedule across all product lines and factories.
• Analyze capacity constraints, forecast demand, and align with inventory targets.
• Partner with sales, procurement, and engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts.
