Leidos is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to develop, manage, and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule for the AEGIS program. The role requires coordinating multiple projects, gathering requirements, milestones, dependencies, and constraints with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze schedule changes, perform risk assessments, and provide briefings to leadership while maintaining alignment across priorities and budgets. U.S. citizenship and Public Trust eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with eight+ years of Master Scheduler experience.
• Experience building and maintaining schedules and performing schedule risk analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication and briefing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple projects.
• Update T&S project schedules in IPAS weekly and prepare briefing materials.
• Collaborate with PMs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather milestones and constraints.
• Utilize scheduling tools to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Support Lead PM in coordinating internal and external teams to meet milestones.
• Create, develop, and manage project plans.
• Coordinate and establish project milestones and timelines.
• Track and brief project status as requested.
• Apply risk management practices to scheduling and execution.
• Identify scheduling shortfalls and risks to protect timelines and budgets.
• Develop and update technical documentation including enterprise architecture and system design.
• Develop implementation plans and Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
