Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project Scheduler to shape and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a complex, high-profile programme. You will coordinate across workstreams, identify critical paths, and communicate risks and milestones to stakeholders.

You will work with project managers and PMO teams to keep schedules based on integrated planning, ensuring governance and baselines are maintained. Proficiency in Microsoft Project is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, planning, or project controls within complex programmes or portfolios.
• Knowledge of integrated planning, dependency management, schedule assurance, and critical path analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and the creation or maintenance of integrated schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the programme's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Bring together plans from multiple teams into a single, integrated schedule with clear logical links.
• Identify critical paths, dependencies, and scheduling risks, highlighting potential impacts and mitigation options.
• Review project plans, providing constructive challenge to ensure schedules are realistic and aligned to objectives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO teams, and programme stakeholders to keep plans accurate and up to date.
• Produce meaningful schedule reporting, analysis, and forecasts to support decision-making.
