Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Master Scheduler for the AEGIS program to develop, manage, and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple projects, coordinating with program leadership, managers, and cross-functional teams.

You will analyze schedule changes, perform risk assessments, track milestones, and brief project status. Responsibilities include updating schedules in IPAS, developing plans and MOPs, and maintaining technical documentation. Clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Master Scheduler experience.
• Experience with schedule development and maintenance.
• Experience performing schedule risk analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication and briefing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the T&S projects.
• Update T&S project schedules in IPAS weekly and prepare schedule materials.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather milestones and constraints.
• Utilize scheduling tools to create, maintain, and update the master schedule.
• Support the Lead Program Manager in coordinating internal and external teams to hit milestones.
• Create, develop, and manage project plans.
• Coordinate and establish project milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines.
• Track and brief project status as requested.
• Apply risk management to scheduling and execution.
• Identify risks to prevent impacts to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and update technical documentation, including Implementation Plans and MOPs.
