Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop, manage, and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a high-priority AEGIS program. You will collaborate with program leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring alignment with the Work Breakdown Structure.

The ideal candidate has eight+ years of scheduling experience, proficiency with Microsoft Project, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eight+ years of experience as Master Scheduler.
• Experience with schedule development and maintenance.
• Experience performing schedule risk analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication and briefing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) incorporating the various T&S projects per the WBS.
• Update T&S project schedules in IPAS weekly and prepare schedule materials for Government review.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, milestones, dependencies, and constraints.
• Utilize project management software and scheduling tools to create, maintain, and update the master schedule with accuracy and alignment to objectives.
• Support the Lead Program Manager in coordinating internal and external teams to achieve milestones.
• Create, develop, and manage project plans.
• Coordinate and establish project milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines.
• Track and brief project status as requested.
• Apply risk management practices to scheduling and execution.
• Identify scheduling shortfalls, risks, or obstacles to minimize impacts to timelines and budgets.
• Maintain technical documentation including enterprise architecture, system design, and network architecture, plus MOPs.
