Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Marketing Program Specialist to support programs across the full portfolio of products and services. You will work with Inside and Field Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and leadership to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.

You will analyze market trends, lead customer engagement initiatives such as trade shows and webinars, and develop, test, and adjust marketing programs to optimize performance and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with industrial productions or industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a CRM such as SAP.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to create clear, engaging presentations.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically to attend trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Supporting strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals and market needs
• Analyzing competitors, market trends, and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities
• Leading and evaluating customer engagement programs, including trade shows, events, webinars, and seminars
• Developing, testing, and measuring marketing programs and adjusting plans based on results
• Collaborating with Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to support lead generation and business growth
• Providing regular updates on marketing activities, performance, and progress toward goals
• Supporting marketing projects and provide peer leadership and mentoring as needed
