Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO seeks a Market & Product Management Leader to guide a team of Market and Product Managers. You will shape market and product strategy, align with Sales, SBU, HUB, Supply Chain, and cross-functional partners, and drive profitable growth for the LAB portfolio.

You will forecast demand, manage inventory, develop pricing and lifecycle plans, and lead initiatives across regions. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related; advanced degree preferred.
• Seven+ years in product/market management or related roles.
• Previous people-leadership or cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation, life sciences, industrial technology, or technical markets preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, Power BI, Hyperion, Think-Cell, and ZenDesk.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Market and Product Managers to drive profitable growth for METTLER TOLEDO Lab portfolio.
• Develop and execute market and product strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Coordinate with Sales, SBU, HUB, Supply Chain, and other partners to align roadmaps and commercialization plans.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for the team.
• Travel as required to support regional markets.
