Mettler Toledo AG is seeking a Marketing Program Specialist to support the full portfolio of products and services. You will help develop value-added marketing programs that differentiate the company, generate quality leads, and increase revenue.

You will collaborate with Inside and Field Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to identify opportunities, run events, webinars, and seminars, and measure results to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with industrial productions or industry is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a CRM such as SAP.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically to attend trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and evaluate customer engagement programs, including trade shows, events, webinars, and seminars.
• Develop, test, and measure marketing programs and adjust plans based on results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to support lead generation and business growth.
• Provide regular updates on marketing activities and progress toward goals.
• Support marketing projects and provide peer leadership and mentoring as needed.

This role develops and executes value-added marketing programs designed to differentiate METTLER TOLEDO, generate quality leads, increase revenue, and improve market share. The Specialist works closely with Inside and Field Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, Leadership, global resources, and end-user customers to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
