Qualifications
- BS in Computer/Software/Industrial Engineering preferred; EE with 5 years experience considered.
- Experience as solutions or software sales engineer delivering business-driven results.
- Technical experience to facilitate qualified support and to develop documentation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource and solution advocate for strategic retail customers across North America.
- Partner with Sales to support requirements gathering, solution evaluation, and technology validation.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that drive measurable results.
- Design, demonstrate, and present software, hardware, and professional service solutions.
- Support RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation.
- Develop ROI-focused value propositions and technical selling tools.
