You will drive governance, fund allocation, and executive-level reporting across a matrixed organization. You will collaborate with VP-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, while exploring AI-enabled improvements to streamline reporting and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading end-to-end programs across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Experience presenting to Director- and VP-level stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Define, plan, and govern complex cross-functional marketing programs.
• Manage programmatic allocation and PoP governance for multi-million-dollar initiatives.
• Architect and maintain real-time performance dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate QBRs/QBOs and senior leadership reviews with exec storytelling.
• Partner with VPs, Directors, Campaign Managers, and Field Marketing to remove blockers.
• Identify AI, automation, and process improvements to standardize program mgmt.
