Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 4-5+ years of professional experience in project or project management.
• 3+ years managing medium-to-large projects with cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven ability to identify and implement business or process improvements with measurable outcomes.
• 3+ years applying governance and compliance frameworks to manage project risk and delivery standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or SQL) for tracking program metrics and reporting.
