Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager within Strategy, Planning & Operations to lead cross-functional programs, allocate Partner Development Funds, and build real-time dashboards for leadership.

You will drive executive reviews and coordinate with multiple marketing leaders to ensure on-time, measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes AI-enabled process optimization, governance, and collaboration within a matrixed organization, offering opportunities to influence strategic priorities

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in project/program management, business operations, or strategy and planning within large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience independently managing end-to-end project schedules, scope definitions, resource plans, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Experience with data analysis, dashboard development, business reporting, and translating complex data into executive-level presentations.
• Hands-on experience with project platforms Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project, plus spreadsheet and data modeling tools.
• Experience delivering business updates and operational reports to Director- and Vice President-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define, plan, and govern complex cross-functional marketing programs from inception through delivery.
• Manage programmatic allocation, milestone tracking, and PoP governance for multi-million-dollar partner co-marketing initiatives.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain real-time performance dashboards for leadership visibility into program impact and pipeline.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews and leadership staff meetings with data consolidation and storytelling.
• Resolve execution roadblocks by partnering with VP, Directors, Campaign Managers, Investment Operations, and Field Marketing.
