Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that expand Stripe's reach to new businesses.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and sales to deliver scalable programs with impact across campaigns and pipelines. You will own end-to-end program delivery, define objectives and success metrics, and push for continuous process improvements, including AI-powered tooling to boost productivity and data quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing/sales/revenue operations or a related program management role.
• 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms, prospect data, and lead management.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end program management of cross-functional marketing, sales, and engineering initiatives.
• Experience building AI agents, including examples of agents deployed and AI usage beyond chat.
• 3+ years of experience doing analyses with queries and dashboards and collaborating with analysts/data scientists.
• 3+ years of experience defining scope/goals and delivering with distributed global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across marketing, sales, and engineering

Responsabilités

• Create and lead programs to grow Stripe's reach to new businesses.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, track milestones, and provide regular updates on roadmap progress.
• Lead programs addressing sales/marketing operational challenges; define objectives and metrics.
• Translate operational needs into product requirements for internal tooling.
• Coordinate reviews, pilots, and feedback; identify launch risks and blockers.
• Drive ongoing operations improvements through process innovation and AI-powered tooling.
• Maintain scalable documentation and coordinate with offshore production teams across time zones
