QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Marketing Manager - Community Engagement to lead site-specific marketing initiatives in Overland Park, KS. You will partner with Government Relations, Economic Development, and Communications to build community relationships, develop market-specific positioning, and deliver measurable campaigns.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, balancing long-term planning and day-to-day activities while driving campaign ROI and KPIs across channels.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Visual Design, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a marketing role with proven campaign development.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.
• Metrics-driven marketer with creative instincts.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across platforms with insights and recommendations.
• Develop creative briefs and guide direction for ads, print, digital, and video assets.
• Execute multichannel campaigns across audiences with aligned messaging.
• Identify impact of marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly.
• Present plans and budgets to senior leaders.
