Job summary

QTS is seeking a Communications Manager to support external communications, enhance the company’s brand, and engage diverse audiences including communities and media. You will craft messaging aligned with our mission and work with marketing, policy, and development teams to deliver consistent storytelling across channels.

The role includes managing proactive narratives, go-to-community initiatives, and data-driven plans for data centre growth across key markets.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with AP style experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting external communications and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven external communications strategies.
• Create content for press releases, website, FAQs, and storytelling assets.
• Support media relations: respond to inquiries, coordinate interviews, proactive outreach.
• Monitor industry news and community sentiment to strengthen QTS positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
