Job summary

QTS Realty Trust in Wisconsin seeks a Community Liaison to act as the face of QTS in local communities, building trust with residents, businesses, and officials. You will lead stakeholder engagement, organize updates, and address community concerns while working with the Community Impact Team to align partnerships with QTS values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in community engagement or public affairs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience partnering with communities on large-scale development projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as QTS’s primary local representative to establish, strengthen and maintain relationships with residents, businesses, officials and community groups.
• Organize opportunities to share project updates and solicit community feedback.
• Lead Community Complaint Management to address concerns fairly and transparently.
• Attend public meetings, hearings, and town halls to engage stakeholders and share updates.
• Collaborate with the Community Impact Team to identify relevant partnerships and volunteer opportunities.
• Support regulatory navigation and policy discussions to enable business continuity and milestones.
