Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs sales and leasing activities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Maintain property standards, coordinate marketing plans, and drive traffic to the community.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
• Utilize property management software (Yardi) to track leasing activities and resident data.
