Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing in a complex, matrixed org.
• Track record of integrated, multichannel campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong email marketing and audience segmentation.
• Experience presenting to VP- and SVP-level leaders.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market plan for a portfolio of products, programs, or events.
• Turn complex programs into clear value propositions and messaging.
• Run integrated campaigns across email, web, content, and direct mail.
• Write copy, build emails and forms, and create audience segments.
• Track pacing and performance via dashboards and debriefs.
• Present plans to senior leaders and influence stakeholders.
• Contribute to annual marketing planning and thought leadership.
• Use AI thoughtfully to create, edit, and test content.
