Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in marketing project management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer lead generation
• Experience with paid advertising, landing pages, conversion tracking, CRM systems, and lead follow-up processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and track record of catching issues early
• Strong project management skills with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with senior leadership while hands-on on details
• Proactive, ownership-driven with urgency

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple marketing projects from concept through execution
• Coordinate across marketing, creative, paid media, web development, analytics, sales, agencies, and partners
• Support campaigns across paid search, paid social, landing pages, email, CRM workflows
• Ensure campaigns are launch-ready with assets, approvals, tracking, testing, lead routing
• Conduct QA across messaging, offers, links, forms, and journeys
• Lead project meetings, document decisions, track commitments, identify risks
• Provide leadership with status, priorities, blockers, and next steps
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve reporting and workflow efficiency
