Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a senior marketing manager focused on Business Banking to drive strategy and execution of relationship marketing campaigns.

You will coordinate with business partners, marketing, product, and agencies to deliver campaigns that grow client engagements, balances, and revenue. You will develop insight-driven briefs, lead cross-functional campaigns across paid and owned channels, and analyze performance to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial services marketing.
• Experience with regulated marketing is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to lead timelines.
• Proven ability to influence teams and work across stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; senior-leadership presenting.
• Advanced project management skills with deadline-driven style.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and act on insights.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, retention, cross-sell, engagement and loyalty campaigns.
• Own project briefs, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Deliver campaigns across print, digital, and in-branch channels.
• Track KPIs and prepare leadership reports.
• Manage budgets and cost tracking for marketing initiatives.
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to optimize client journeys.
• Lead campaign development from planning to delivery and analysis.
