Garney is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead pursuit development, including proposals, SOQs, and interview materials. The role collaborates with leadership and technical teams to craft client-focused content that strengthens our brand and supports pursuits.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in marketing within the A/E/C sector, strong writing skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of marketing experience in A/E/C industry.
• Experience managing end-to-end pursuit processes (capture planning, proposals, interview coordination).

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit strategy and execution for proposals, SOQs, and interview deliverables.
• Manage proposal schedules, writing, editing, and production for client requirements and standards.
• Facilitate pursuit kickoff meetings, content development, review cycles, and final submission prep.
• Support capture planning and strategic pursuit activities to strengthen project positioning.
• Develop and coordinate project interview presentations and materials.
• Promote Garney’s brand and capabilities across marketing deliverables.
• Create tailored project descriptions and staff resumes for pursuit materials.
• Mentor Marketing Coordinators and Specialists on proposal development and workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to align marketing with company goals.
