Job summary

MorganFranklin Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing Business Partner for Talent Solutions who will provide hands-on marketing consultation to generate demand across the talent solutions brands.

This role will design and deliver a strategic marketing plan aligned with growth priorities and act as a liaison between business, marketing, and sales, partnering with the global marketing organization to strategize and execute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience and/or 5+ years in management.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience coaching and developing employees.
• B2B Marketing experience preferably in a talent solution or staffing industry.

Responsibilities

• Develops the Talent Solutions marketing strategy by designing multi-channel campaigns across the candidate and client community.
• Partners with Global Marketing team to design programs and find opportunities to drive collaboration.
• Work closely with colleagues to manage content and event strategy, campaign design and delivery, sales material development and support.
• Responsible for overall positioning of the company's talent solutions.
• Key liaison between business/commercial leaders and the Global Marketing team regarding business marketing needs and reporting.
• Builds strong relationships and develops trust amongst office leaders and brand producers.
• Act as a brand ambassador who is closely aligned with brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members through regular development conversations, performance feedback, and career planning to foster engagement, retention, and professional growth.
