Highspring is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing Business Partner to drive talent solutions demand by leading strategic marketing initiatives and coordinating with the global marketing organization. You will align business, marketing, and sales to execute against growth priorities.

You will lead multi-channel campaigns, mentor a team, and ensure strong brand storytelling while partnering with global teams to deliver measurable growth. Travel about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 10 years of experience and/or 5+ years in management.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience coaching and developing employees.
• B2B Marketing experience preferably in a talent solution or staffing industry.

Responsabilités

• Develops the Talent Solutions marketing strategy by designing multi-channel campaigns.
• Partners with Global Marketing to design programs and drive collaboration.
• Manages content and event strategy, campaign design and delivery, and sales materials.
• Oversees overall positioning of the Talent Solutions portfolio.
• Acts as liaison between business leaders and Global Marketing for needs and reporting.
• Builds relationships with office leaders and brand producers.
• Leads, mentors, and coaches team members for engagement and growth.
