Highspring seeks a Senior Director, Marketing Business Partner - Talent Solutions to lead demand generation and craft strategic marketing plans across Talent Solutions brands. The role requires close collaboration with the global marketing organization and senior business leaders.

You will design multi-channel campaigns, align with sales, and own the positioning of Talent Solutions for clients and candidates, while mentoring teams to achieve growth and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience and 5+ years in management.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• B2B marketing experience preferably in a talent solution or staffing industry.

Responsabilités

• Develops the Talent Solutions marketing strategy by designing multi-channel campaigns across the candidate and client community.
• Partners with Global Marketing team to design programs and find opportunities to drive collaboration.
• Work closely with colleagues to manage content and event strategy, campaign design and delivery, sales material development and support.
• Responsible for overall positioning of the company's talent solutions.
• Key liaison between business/commercial leaders and the Global Marketing team regarding business marketing needs and reporting.
• Builds strong relationships and develops trust amongst office leaders and brand producers.
• Act as a brand ambassador who is closely aligned with brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members through regular development conversations, performance feedback, and career planning to foster engagement, retention, and professional growth.
