Highspring is seeking a Senior Director, Marketing Business Partner - Talent Solutions to drive demand for Talent Solutions brands. You will plan a strategic marketing plan aligned with growth priorities and act as a liaison between business, marketing and sales.

This role will partner with the global marketing organization to strategize and execute. You will lead, mentor, and coach team members, ensuring compelling positioning and storytelling across channels, while collaborating with global

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience and/or 5+ years in management.
Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.
Experience coaching and developing employees.
B2B Marketing experience preferably in a talent solution or staffing industry.

Responsibilities

Develops Talent Solutions marketing strategy with multi-channel campaigns across candidate and client communities.
Partners with Global Marketing to design programs and drive collaboration.
Manages content and event strategy, campaign design and delivery, and sales materials.
Responsible for overall positioning of the Talent Solutions brand.
Liaisons between business leaders and Global Marketing for needs and reporting.
Builds trust with office leaders and brand producers.
Acts as a brand ambassador aligned with strategy, messaging, and storytelling.
Leads, mentors, and coaches team members for engagement and growth.
