You will collaborate with partners across Marketing, Communications & Research to drive revenue growth and elevate brand awareness.

The role requires 8+ years in marketing, strong leadership, and expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within commercial real estate.
• Proven track record leading marketing initiatives and driving revenue growth.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing leadership and drive a comprehensive Americas Occupier Advisory plan.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications & Research to design and implement campaigns.
• Manage multiple verticals within Occupier Advisory, tailoring efforts to each group.
• Measure performance using KPIs and optimize marketing investments.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team.
