Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Marketing Director for Occupier Advisory in Chicago. You will lead a strategic marketing plan across the Americas, align initiatives with business goals, and drive revenue growth.

You’ll collaborate with partners to coordinate content, digital marketing, and client outreach, aiming to elevate brand awareness and market share. The role requires 8+ years in marketing, CRE experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record as primary marketing leader for a region or business group.
• Experience with advertising, PR, events and business development activities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for Americas Occupier Advisory.
• Manage multiple verticals within Occupier Advisory and tailor marketing to each group.
• Measure performance with KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Lead a high-performing team and mentor talent.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate marketing and research.
• Provide thought leadership to position Cushman & Wakefield as a leading real estate advisor.
