Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Design Director, Space Management, Planning and Occupancy in the United States. You will provide strategic design leadership, align standards with client objectives, and drive scalable delivery across corporate, workplace, and retail rollout environments.

You will lead governance, technology transitions (Revit) and process improvements while mentoring a large design team and coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Project Management or Construction Management; interior design certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic design leadership across client accounts.
• Lead design governance, standards, and quality control.
• Oversee Revit implementation and design technology transitions.
• Develop scalable design processes and templates for efficiency.
• Manage onboarding and change management for new accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, account leadership, and internal teams.
