Irvine Company is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Strategy (Creative Director) in Irvine, CA to lead branding programs for a portfolio of over 40 shopping centers. You will translate enterprise standards into dynamic campaigns across digital and physical platforms, guiding a team and collaborating with Marketing, Leasing, and agency partners.

The role requires a strategic mind, strong content leadership, and a track record of delivering high-impact branding that supports leasing and customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in brand/creative leadership roles.
• Experience developing omni-channel campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision for retail branding aligning with business goals.
• Develop and manage the retail content strategy to drive leasing and foot traffic.
• Lead multi-format content from concept to delivery across digital and physical platforms.
• Direct internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality design and production.
• Oversee social and earned media strategies with KPI-driven performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Asset Management and Operations to activate content.
• Execute customer marketing strategies to convey retail center value.
• Produce compelling pitch materials and thought leadership for brokers.
• Integrate AI and martech tools to optimize workflows and adapt to changes.
