• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into space planning solutions.
• Experience with occupancy planning and real estate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define goals for occupancy management, utilization analysis and reporting.
• Maintain a strong partnership with the client organization.
• Develop a robust SPO delivery organization for a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all SPO deliverables meet SLA and KPI requirements.
• Direct planning of new spatial activities and current projects.
• Collaborate with account leadership, other service lines and client reps on staffing and projects.
• Ensure compliance with standard tools, processes, templates, and outputs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and solution development for projects and processes.
• Coordinate with facilities, PjM and RE leadership for alignment and operations.
• Oversee playbooks, templates and tools creation and maintenance.
• Coach the team in space planning solutions and move management for all project types.
