Bailey Nurseries Inc. in Newport, MN seeks a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution across B2B and B2B2C channels, driving revenue growth and strengthening brand performance.

You will partner with Sales, Product Development, Communications, and external agencies to align priorities, allocate resources, and deliver high-impact programs. A strong track record in complex markets and managing multi-channel campaigns is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B, B2B2C, multi-channel environments
• Proven results developing and executing marketing strategy and driving business growth
• Experience leading high-performing marketing teams and managing change

Responsabilités

• Marketing Strategy & Commercial Growth – Set and lead the marketing strategy to support revenue growth and long-term brand performance
• Brand & Portfolio Strategy – Provide strategic direction for Bailey’s brands and product portfolio
• Demand Generation & Channel Marketing – Lead strategies across B2B and B2B2C ecosystems
• Marketing Investment & Performance – Own priorities and budget allocation using performance data
• Market & Customer Insights – Translate insights into strategic recommendations
• Sales & Cross-Functional Partnership – Align with Sales, Product Development, Communications and leadership to bring initiatives to market
• Marketing Organization Leadership – Lead and develop the Marketing team with clear priorities and accountability
