24 Seven Talent is partnering with a horticulture/agriculture client in Woodbury, MN to recruit a Director of Marketing. This role leads strategy, brand development, demand generation, and team performance across a mix of B2B and consumer channels.

You will drive revenue growth by shaping integrated marketing programs, advancing a multi-brand portfolio, and aligning marketing with sales and product initiatives through a period of transformation.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading strategy across B2B and B2C channels.
• Strong channel marketing, demand-gen, and multi-brand strategy experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy that supports growth and brand health.
• Lead marketing across complex B2B and B2C channels, including retailers and consumer brands.
• Build demand-generation and channel-marketing programs delivering measurable results.
• Set strategic direction for a multi-brand portfolio with cohesive positioning.
• Coach and develop the internal marketing team and shape future organization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Communications, leadership, and agencies.
• Manage external agency relationships, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Own marketing priorities, resources, and ROI using performance data and insights.
• Advance marketing operations and technology capabilities (CRM, DAM, PIM, ERP).
• Drive change and build processes during business transformation.
