Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Experience in CRM-based campaigns and marketing automation.
• Strong writing and copywriting skills; proficient with email marketing and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and growth.
• Develop campaign briefs with objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, and timelines.
• Coordinate marketing resources across cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.
• Lead as CSI's senior marketing communications writer for campaigns and promotions.
• Create audience segmentation and automated customer journeys using CRM and marketing automation.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Leadership to align execution.
• Support events, trade shows, and Voice of Customer programs.
