Border Bank is seeking a Marketing & Communications Director to unify marketing, communications, and brand strategy across multiple markets. The role partners with the CEO and market leaders to drive growth through data-driven campaigns, banker enablement, and consistent brand execution.

The candidate will build a scalable function aligned to bank objectives, manage an enterprise budget, and foster collaboration across Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure regulatory compliance while delivering

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive marketing or communications experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership, market Presidents, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, or engagement.
• Experience managing enterprise budgets, agencies, vendors, marketing technology, and integrated campaigns.
