CalPrivate Bank is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategy and execution across branding, digital marketing, client engagement, and communications. You will partner with executive leadership to ensure the bank’s marketing reflects a relationship-focused approach and drives growth.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, shaping campaigns, events, and content that reinforce Relationships, Solutions, and Trust while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Significant progressive marketing experience, including strategy and execution.
• Experience in banking or a regulated industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate complex products into clear, client-focused messaging.
• Strong project management skills and budget oversight.
