Border Bank seeks a Marketing & Communications Director to lead a data-driven, scalable function across our markets. The role partners with the CEO, Market Presidents, and business lines to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand strength.

The position reports to the CEO and will oversee strategy, governance, and performance across multiple markets, with a focus on measurable business impact and risk management. Flexible location within Border Bank’s footprint is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Ten or more years of progressive marketing or communications experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that produce measurable business results, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, engagement, or relationship expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise marketing and communications strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Partner with executives to drive market growth and revenue through campaigns.
• Oversee brand, PR, internal/external communications and governance.
• Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, marketing technology, and integrated campaigns.
