Flagstar Bank is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to drive analysis, reporting, and data visualization that power smarter marketing decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, guide performance optimization, and help shape marketing strategy.

In this hands-on role, you will develop dashboards and scalable data models, work with Power BI and other BI tools, and serve as a trusted analytics advisor to marketing leaders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 7+ years hands-on experience in marketing analytics or related roles.
• Experience with modern data architecture and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and data transformation tools.
• Strong programming in SQL, Python or R.
• Proven experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver analyses, dashboards, and reports to track marketing performance and ROI.
• Build intuitive self-serve visualizations to support marketers in tracking KPIs.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Serve as analytics advisor to marketing leaders, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to measurement frameworks, attribution models, and marketing mix optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineering, digital, and product teams to ensure scalable analytics solutions.
