Job summary

Okuma America Corporation seeks a Market Pricing Manager to shape pricing strategies across equipment, automation, parts, and services. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to drive value, improve profitability, and support growth.

You will develop data-driven pricing recommendations, monitor margin performance, and translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, engineering, economics, marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of pricing strategy, commercial strategy, analytics, or finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or capital equipment industries preferred.
• Experience with BI platforms and advanced analytics to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Support pricing governance and establish commercial guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations to align pricing with company goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Create financial models, dashboards, and reporting to monitor pricing performance.
• Influence senior leadership with data-driven pricing recommendations.
