Okuma America Corporation is seeking an Integrated Business Planner, Capital Equipment, to align demand with factory capacity and ensure on-time delivery of machine tool solutions. You will support SOP processes, partner with regional sales, distributors, and engineering, and help optimize schedules for standard and engineered-to-order equipment.

Qualifications

Four to six years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or operations.
Experience supporting SOP/IBP processes.
Strong understanding of capacity planning, order management, forecasting, and long lead-time manufacturing environments.
Experience in capital equipment or engineered-to-order environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Balance customer demand with production capacity and translate forecasts into actionable production plans.
Coordinate with Sales, Distributors, and Operations to align delivery timelines for machine orders and projects.
Develop and maintain machine build schedules to optimize factory capacity and on-time delivery.
Monitor schedule performance and adjust plans as business conditions evolve.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Global Operations to resolve scheduling conflicts.
