Job summary

RS Americas, a leading industrial distributor, is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead a pricing team across Americas. You will own pricing execution, margin analytics, and governance for millions of SKUs, balancing market competitiveness with margin optimization.

Collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales, IT, and Supply Chain to deliver scalable pricing capabilities and drive measurable margin expansion. Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years in pricing/analytics, proven team leadership, and strong data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
5–8+ years in pricing, analytics, or commercial roles.
2–4+ years of people management or team leadership.
Experience with pricing systems and large catalogs.
Strong Excel and BI skills; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Pricing Analysts and a Pricing Technology Senior Analyst.
Oversee pricing execution processes including benchmarking and cost-plus pricing.
Ensure pricing accuracy and timeliness across a large SKU catalog and channels.
Establish and enforce pricing governance, policies, and approvals.
Partner with commercial, product, and supply chain teams to align pricing with strategy.
Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes, tools, and workflows.
Own pricing performance tracking including margin and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with Pricing Tech Analyst to prioritize system enhancements.
