Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain research databases and tracking systems to support business development initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze market activity to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
• Conduct research on companies, properties, and market conditions to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with individual team members to analyze pipelines and support opportunity identification.
• Provide timely responses to information requests regarding market conditions and specific opportunities.
• Design and implement improved methodologies for organizing, analyzing, and presenting market intelligence.
• Support research needs across multiple markets as required for client and business development purposes.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and continuously enhance the quality and utility of information systems.
• Identify process improvements and leverage technology to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
