Market Intelligence Analyst – Tenant Representation

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Full-Time, In-Office

We are seeking a highly motivated Market Intelligence Analyst to support one of Pittsburgh’s leading Tenant Representation teams. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive market research and data management systems that inform and strengthen business development strategies. The ideal candidate will develop deep expertise in the local office market while managing critical data related to tenants, properties, market activity, and strategic business opportunities. This position combines rigorous research with strategic problem-solving to strengthen the team’s approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with senior advisors, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and build a strong foundation for a career in commercial real estate through hands‑on market exposure and analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
