Job summary

JLL in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to support the Tenant Representation team. This role centers on market intelligence, leasing data, and business development support to drive strategy and client pursuits.

The position focuses on data management, market analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration with brokers and research professionals, with an on-site, full-time work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, research, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage large datasets and maintain high levels of data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive database of office tenants, including lease expiration dates, occupancy details, square footage, and key decision-makers.
• Track Class B+ and Class A properties, ownership, occupancy, leasing activity, and expiration schedules.
• Identify tenants evaluating relocation, expansion, renewal, or consolidation opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, leasing activity, new developments, and competitive intelligence.
• Prepare recurring market reports and strategic prospecting lists.
• Own the integrity and accuracy of market, tenant, and lease data.
