The role emphasizes data management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with brokers, research professionals, and internal teams to drive leasing strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, research, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage large datasets and maintain high levels of data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive database of office tenants with lease expirations and occupancy details.
• Track Class B+ and Class A properties' ownership, occupancy, activity, and expiration schedules.
• Identify tenants evaluating relocation, expansion, renewal, or consolidation opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, leasing activity, and competitive intelligence.
• Prepare recurring market reports and strategic prospecting lists with the research team.
• Manage prospect pipelines, opportunity tracking, and business development reporting.
• Support brokers with pursuit targeting and strategic account identification.
• Own the integrity and accuracy of market, tenant, and lease data; build dashboards.
