• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of sales experience, preferably in Data Center or Industrial Manufacturing construction.
• Proactive, self-directed and collaborative in a sales team.
• Strong relationship-building, listening, questioning, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to navigate complex customer needs and resolve issues professionally.
• Excellent presentation and written communication, tailored to stakeholders.
• Strong organization and time management for prospecting and account development.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business in Data Center and Industrial Manufacturing markets.
• Build strategic relationships with architects, general contractors, designers, facility managers, consultants and end-users.
• Create market-specific sales strategies addressing timelines, requirements and priorities.
• Maintain a pipeline of high-value projects and coordinate pursuit from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Divisional Reps and Sales Managers.
• Provide technical support, specifications guidance and product recommendations.
• Expand opportunities across InPro's full product portfolio.
• Turn market insights into action by tracking competitors and customer expectations.
• Track activity in Salesforce and construction platforms and report monthly.
