In this role, you'll identify high-potential construction and renovation projects, connect with the people shaping product decisions, and position Inpro's solutions to meet their needs. From initial discovery through close, you'll work closely with our sales teams to develop opportunities across our product portfolio and build lasting customer partnerships.

You'll combine strategic planning, proactive prospecting, and consultative selling to expand Inpro's presence in these markets.

  • Build strategic relationships. Connect with architects, general contractors, designers, facility managers, consultants, and end-users who influence planning, specifications, and product selection.
  • Create market-specific sales strategies. Develop and execute plans that address each market's project timelines, technical requirements, and business priorities.
  • Drive opportunities forward. Maintain a pipeline of high-value projects and key accounts, follow up consistently, and coordinate pursuit strategies from discovery through close.

  • Expand product opportunities. Promote Inpro's full product portfolio and support new product launches across target accounts.
  • Turn market insights into action. Monitor competitors, evolving standards, and customer expectations to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Track performance and progress. Use Salesforce and construction intelligence platforms such as Dodge and ConstructConnect to manage leads, document activity, and monitor projects. Update key account sales results monthly across a rolling three-year period to identify growth trends and gaps.
What You'll Bring
  • A college degree.
  • At least five years of successful sales experience, preferable within Data Center or Industrial Manufacturing construction.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative sales team.
  • Strong relationship-building, listening, questioning, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • The ability to navigate complex customer needs, solve problems, and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to balance prospecting, account development, and project follow-through.
