Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a seasoned business development professional in Atlanta to drive market activation across defined geographies. You will build relationships with customers, contractors, developers and partners, pursuing logo opportunities and expansion in targeted markets.

You will work with Sales and Operations to align growth with delivery readiness, communicating pipeline and competitive movements while supporting strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business development, market development or geographic expansion.
• Strong relationship-building and prospecting capabilities.
• Experience opening new markets and driving growth in new geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own market activation plans for assigned target geographies.
• Build relationships with target customers, general contractors, developers and partners.
• Identify and pursue logo and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to develop territory plans.
• Translate market strategy into actionable customer engagement.
• Support early-stage opportunity shaping and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate with Operations and leadership to align growth with delivery readiness.
• Provide updates on market pipeline, activity and barriers to entry.
• Help accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
